About the role:


As the Growth Marketing Manager at Allocator, you will oversee all of Allocators lead generation efforts from ideation to implementation. We are looking for a dynamic, experimental, metrics-driven growth marketer to lead our marketing efforts. As the Growth Marketing Manager, the primary goal is to ensure that sales, customer retention and growth goals are exceeded and that the marketing plan supports company revenue and profit goals by meeting and exceeding lead generation targets while building our brand as a trusted identity within the Capital Allocator community.


The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, a self-starter, with strong problem solving and analytical abilities, and has a natural curiosity to learn new things through testing and adapting continuously. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of all key marketing channels and will have a strong technical ability to create campaigns that are targeted and focused on driving leads into the business. 


What you will do:


  • Own and Drive inbound lead generation activities through the creation of compelling campaigns and building processes that attract customers to Allocator
  • Work closely with the Sales, Product, Customer Success and Executive Teams on all marketing activities to produce marketing assets that are on brand regionally and in line with global brand direction
  • Launch and run campaigns to drive new demo's and engagement via numerous channels including paid search, SEO, LinkedIn, content promotion, newsletters, partnerships and webinars relevant to our target audience
  • Leverage existing and new relationships with partners to stay relevant, top of mind and create ongoing lead engagement for Allocator
  • Work with data and analyse trends to drive segmentation and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns (CAC, CPC, CPM, conversion etc.)
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to monitor performance throughout the funnel and help optimise conversions throughout the various stages


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 + years in a full-time digital B2B SAAS Marketing Role
  • Proven track record of developing sound user acquisition strategies and running innovative experiments that exceed target goals
  • Experience project managing campaigns from initial concept development through to execution and reporting
  • Passion for capital markets and alternative investments
  • Strong understanding of the institutional investment management industry
  • Customer-centric and commercially minded with a drive for tangible results
  • Exceptional visual communication skills
  • Expertise with HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing Tools, Google Analytics, and Google Ads required
  • Strong Office 365/Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly collaborative and a true team player
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to nuance messaging of complex topics for different audiences
  • Be a good problem solver, with a passion for storytelling and innovation
  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment


Participation in the Allocator’s share option scheme will be offered in addition to salary.
